How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
On iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Curious Goat to change or cancel your plan. Subscriptions purchased on the web are managed from your account settings in the app. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep premium access until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Open the app, go to the subscription or settings screen, and tap “Restore Purchases.” Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
How do I delete my account?
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the app: open Settings and choose “Delete Account.” This action is irreversible and removes your learning history, saved cards, and profile.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password?” and enter your email address. We’ll send you a link to reset it.
The app isn’t syncing my progress.
Make sure you’re signed in and connected to the internet, then fully close and reopen the app. If the problem continues, email us at the address below and we’ll help.
